Abstract

CV. Jaya Mandiri is a printer supplier company in Indonesia. CV. Jaya Mandiri already has a POS (Point Of Sales) sales application system to recap transactions in the company. However, there are still many systems that are still run manually, such as employee information systems. This system still uses keep a record to store employee identities so that it takes a long time to search for old employees or those who have left. Based on these problems, the researchers made an employee data information system in CV. Jaya Mandiri using PI-IP Native to facilitate employee management. The research aims to produce a personnel information system application in CV. Jaya Mandiri. This system can facilitate employee data management so that data recording occurs. Besides, this system will facilitate the management of employee activities in the company. Methods of data collection used observation, interviews, and literature. The system development method used the waterfall method. The system testing method used BlackBox testing, and the system design used UML. The system has three users, namely admin as I-IRD who manages the full system, employees for attendance, and applying for jobs or job applicants, leave applications, fee applications, view announcements, view training, and awards. The results of system testing using blackbox testing can be concluded that the using native PI-IP in CV. Jaya Mandiri has been successfully implemented and can be viewed using localhost. Based on the test results using Blackbox with 25 test scenarios for admin, 13 scenarios for employees, and 3 scenarios for job applicants, the results of the Blackbox system test show that there are no problems or the test is 100% successful. Thus it can be concluded that the employee data information system in CV. Jaya Mandiri using PI-IP Native can run smoothly according to the expected system design.
