Abstract

The purpose of thid study is to test the relationship between self efficacy and social support by burnout to employees. The variables of the the study are measured by using self efficacy scale, social support scale and burnout scale. The subjects of the study are 150 employees, aged between 19 – 60. This research used quantitative approach with correlational explanatory and questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used in this study were descriptive statictical analysis and pearson product moment correlation. The results of this research that self efficacy doesn’t have relation with burnout , showing R = -0.92, p = 0.26 (p > 0.05). Social support doesn’t have relationship with burnout , where are R = -0.95, p = 0.24 (p > 0.05). Based on the result of this research it can be concluded that self efficacy and social support doesn’t have relation with burnout.
