Abstract

Subjective Well-Being is a person's perception of his life experience, consisting of cognitive and affective evaluation of life and presenting in psychological well-being. Cognitive evaluation is an assessment of one's life experience and affective evaluation is an emotional response that arises from every life experience of a person. This study aims to know the Subjective Well-Being therapist in Siwi Takarini Smart School. The use of qualitative methods in this study is to gain an understanding of how the Subjective Well-Being therapist strategy in Siwi Takarini Smart School. Data collection is done by using observation, interview, and documentation. Informants in this study amounted to 2 people’s who work as an educational therapist and physiotherapist in Siwi Takarini Smart School. The sex of this informant is 2 male’s. The conclusions derived from the Subjective Well-Being on the therapist at Siwi Takarini Smart School are: (1) Subjective Well-Being is the perception of a therapist in Siwi Takarini Smart School about his life experiences, such as feelings when facing a child with special needs, relationships with fellow therapists and Parents, family support for work that reaches the cognitive and affective evaluation stage and is presented in psychological well-being. (2) There are aspects of Subjective Well-Being such as positive relationship with others, autonomy, environmental control, and purpose in life.
