Abstract

ABSTRACT The way to reduce or eliminate the risk of accidents in the workplace requires risk management that focuses on the process of systematic scientific identification, evaluation, and risk prioritization. This study aims to determine the potential risk and solutions to minimize the potential risk at PT PNM Solo Branch. This study used a quantitative method with data collection using observation and interviews with 3 sources, namely 1 head of the Account Officer division and 2 workers in the Account Officer division at PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM) Solo Branch. Data analysis used the Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment And Risk Control (HIRARC) method as well as the Job Safety Analysis (JSA) method. The results of the study show that based on 3 types of Account Officer division jobs obtains from 11 activities, there are 29 risks of work accidents with 4 potentials categorized into the extremely level and 1 potential in the medium category. The solution is the implementation of PPE, checking vehicle engines to the maximum, creating work SOPs, and arranging a better workspace. Keywords: JSA, HIRARC, Work Accidents
