Abstract

The resilient TNI has the identity of the people's army, the army of fighters, the national army, and the professionals. Remuneration as a performance allowance can make soldiers especially in the army of the army can increase the ethos of warrior soldiers and provide motivation in carrying out the task, where the motivation itself in the general sense can be said as a need that encourages action towards a particular goal. This study aims to determine the motivation of TNI soldiers soldiers in RSAD Slamet Riyadi associated with the acceptance of performance allowances. The research method using qualitative method with phenomenology approach The main informant in this research is personnel who served in the Staff Administration Staff Personnel and Staff Policlinic Physiotherapy RSAD Slamet Riyadi Surakarta data collection is done by observation Interview, and Documentation. The results showed: (1) The motivation of the soldier's work in RSAD Slamet Riyadi Surakarta is self-reliance because it is the responsibility of the soldier itself, but with the presence or given remunization is increasingly motivated in carrying out its duties. (2) Where the form of motivation itself is a) Work with full sense of responsibility. B) Discipline, c) Work on time d) Keep the good name of unity or place of service.
